Kanye and Kim Are Suing Over Their Leaked Proposal Video

Following reports that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were planning on suing the person that leaked their proposal video, the newly engaged couple has now officially filed a lawsuit against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for uploading the video onto his new website MixBit, TMZ reports.
