ROSAMOND, Calif. -- Two people were arrested Tuesday morning and accused of stealing chain link fencing.Deputies with the Kern County Sheriff's Department said that on Monday, they were called to the area on 145th St. West and Rosamond Boulevard regarding a theft.Property owner Maclovio Gonzalez said that two unknown people had stolen $3,000 in chain link fence from his property.On Tuesday, deputies investigating the theft were able to identify two suspects, Francisco Soto, 24, and Sonia Sandoval, 20.Deputies said they recovered the stolen chain link fencing and arrested Soto and Sandoval on charges of grand theft, possession of stolen property and conspiracy.Both were booked at the Kern County Jail.
